Toil, Toil, Boil, and Bubble...

Well - as stated in a prior post for the reasons why I've disappeared for so long from posting and updating on my blog, WHICH by the way I do love to do, honestly!!! 

One of those reasons has nothing to do with my art, my family, my job - it is the main reason that does take up A LOT of my time, my youth, and joy - CRAPPY 'NEIGHBORS'.

*Photos are actual photos taken of issues of my 'neighbors' unmaintained property reported over and over for 7 years on same issues. Photos are dated, showing issues have been long standing, and as you can see, increasing...such as weeds growing in feet, trash piling up and a tree hanging on fence and ground.
(other reasons are numerous renters/vehicles renting weekly, monthly, etc. - in and out, day and night)

Awesome.

Now usually I would dismiss the time to post due to issues (prior and current) with daily antics of these lowlifes - but I though of a different approach, one that might be helpful for me to vent and release the build up of loathing I have for them - AND YES, I said loathe - when it comes to these sub-humans I WILL NOT BE POLITICALLY CORRECT. My home and family has had to contend with vandalism, trespassing, harassment and menacing behavior on a daily basis - so I have every right to loathe them entirely  - and I do.

If you have good neighbors - BE VERY THANKFUL! My family and I (including my kid's) WOULD LOVE GOOD NEIGHBORS, not perfect - but respectful and just good people. Treat others how you want to be treated should be more than a motto - it should be a part of every people's daily actions and thoughts.

Anyway - today marks almost 4 months of reporting trash and debris piles all over this property  - the piles are drawing in more rats and the infestation is growing - and the City of Riverside Code Enforcement is NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. Oh, they tell me there is a case number - but does it really take 4 months to enforce?

The property is 4 acres - and it is full of weeds, trash and debris, also all reported over 6 months ago (when the weeds were 1 foot tall - now they range 2-7 feet tall) - and what does the current renter do? Why she digs trenches around 1 tree for 2 hours. Not mow, pull weeds, throw a portion of trash away - nope, she's digging a hole.

Awesome.

The expectation is when the weeds touch your knees - its time to maintenance your yard - or so you'd think.

So again - "Good neighbor, good neighbor - where for art thou our good neighbor?" !

It'll be like Christmas morning EVERYDAY, just to have a good neighbor.

Again - BE THANKFUL IF YOU DO...

Oh, and thanks for the vent - it does help!
