Toil, Toil, Boil, and Bubble...

Well yesterday was the last day of Sugar Plum - Halloween 2016 !!!

Had a great time and I had plans to share and update...

HOWEVER...

I find that I have to vent early in the week about my degenerate 'neighbors' to avoid insanity...too early, you say?

 I AGREE...but it is a Monday and usually they are ALWAYS crappy.

This morning I went to check on my little pumpkin patch - I heard the low life's across the street leaving, got my camera ready (I ALWAYS have my camera with me, due to incidents like this happening daily - gotta document!) - and they pass by my home tossing out bundles of Chinese newspapers all over my property line/public street.

No, they didn't accidentally fall off her car, her driveway exit is 250 feet away, they would have fallen off down the street, not the front of mine  - she waited until she was in front of my property and had one of her tenants toss them out the rear window (he's a minor by the way, who's parents rent a room for him so he can go to school in this country). 

Wow, right? Not making this stuff up - this is the daily degenerate behavior we have to combat DAILY. 

I called the Police to file a complaint  - I despise littering - and I called the City of Riverside also report the incident and to have the City clean it up (since they said they cannot force her to clean it up even if she did throw it out her car window...????) - and demanded AS WELL that the City give her the Service Call bill - she willfully had it thrown from her car - she should pay the bill and not the taxpayers...

Ugh...

I don't like Monday's
