Toil, Toil, Boil, and Bubble...

Well today is yet another vent day...

It helps to keep my sanity - what I have left of it anyway.
Now some might say "Ignore it", others believe in karma, other might say wait and 'pray'.

Well the issues with the degenerates have been going on for over 7 years - ALMOST 8 LONG YEARS. UGH...

I'd have to admit -I've lost faith - I've been praying, hoping and waiting - AND PLEASE DON'T SAY GOD'S TIME NOT MINE - because that does not help whatsoever - issues have been ugly, continual and criminal. So I've put faith aside.

The issues with the residence across the street from my home cannot be ignored...

Some were quite serious. It took 7 years of fighting with the City to remove the 3 farming companies that were leasing the field at this residential property to conduct business on - and it may sound small but the issues were huge and serious - from 50+ entries and exits day and night, 15-20 vehicles entering in and out day and night, screaming, yelling, blasting radios in field day and night, and having to witness food being urinated on/near then sold to the public, drinking and driving coming in and out of the property, witnessing all the farmers smoking while handling food, and the WORST: 2 farmers registered sex offenders and 1 recently arrested for felon theft.
Now you may be saying, "Well, the Police and City wouldn't allow that"...you'd think so, right? But that is wrong, so so wrong. Where there is revenue, there will be no enforcement per City and yes, even the Police. Now if your City and Police handle issues differently and correctly - then you are very fortunate. Me, the battle took 7 years - 7 years of documenting reporting, making calls to Police, hundreds of letters and emails to all levels of government, reaching out to schools and neighbors - you name it I did it. NO ONE HELPED LOCALLY, however, after reporting to LA Mayor Garcetti (where these disgusting farmers sold 'organic' produce) the farmers license and permit to lease land from the property owner ended - and we are now farmer free.

Not to put down farmers - I'm surrounded by them. But they, unlike these lowlifes, are professional and respectful realizing and understanding that they are conducting business near/next to homes.

So 1 victory  - it took 7 years.

However, sadly, the fight continues...

The City of Riverside and Code Enforcement are TIRED of me for sure. BUT I PAY TAXES, I PAY THEIR SALARIES. And  I'm not stating this as to say "Do what I say, I pay you"...no,  that's not what I'm saying at all. I am saying, and I know that I am correct - there are clear laws, ordinances, and codes that the City and Code Enforcement are sworn to uphold and enforce PERIOD. And I have read through them all looking for 'loopholes' and THERE ARE NONE. The laws, ordinances, and codes are quite clear - and they are also not being enforced - that is quite clear as well.
For over 3 months these degenerate property owners and their renters have accumulated now 5 trash/debris piles inviting every type of vermin to house and breed in, the weeds are now 5-6 feet high, the lawn completely dead, and a tree completely hangs onto the ground - its ridiculous. I've sent in photos with daily complaints and 4 months later NO ENFORCEMENT and the property worsens.

The property owners have checked out, moved out of state to avoid responsibility - but continue to make money from all the renters on the property (both houses and renting out residency in RV's in rear) - and the renters - they do absolutely nothing.

1 of the renters did try to do the lawn - with her hands...WTFudge??? HER HANDS - SHE'S MAINTAINING THE GRASS BY HAND...???!!! But after 5 minutes she stops... and the property still looks like crap.

There's my vent...

And another request:

NEW NEIGHBORS WANTED
9067 CLEVELAND AVE
RIVERSIDE, CA 92503

Ya know this home was the jewel of the neighborhood long ago - owned by a previous Riverside Mayor - now it looks like a foreclosure that has been left to die...

It needs someone special to call it home...

Help spread the word!!!
